All ORB360 MacBooks MUST be assigned a unique name. This name should be the computer name in TeamViewer. The machines should also be physically labeled as well using a sticky label printing machine. One sticker should be on the top cover next to the Apple logo, the second sticker should be located on the inside next to the keyboard. This is so a machine can be quickly identified so if you need assistance rather than sending a remote access code you can just message the name of the computer and someone can instantly connect to investigate any issue.

To avoid confusion when setting up the machines each region will use a region code so that the machines can be named locally rather than having to coordinate a global naming system. For this we use the Alpha-2 region codes from the ISO 3166 international standard; UK (London), FR (France), US (United States of America), AU (Australia), DU (Dubai), HK (Hong Kong), AE (United Arab Emirates).

For example, the laptops in London are named: ORB360-UK-01 ORB360-UK-02 ORB360-UK-03 etc...

The user name of the computer should match the username of the machine

It is also important to change the 'User logo' and 'Desktop Picture' to the ORB360 Images provided below to ensure a professional appearance.

As mentioned above, each machine should be labeled with the computer name using a label printer as shown below

Below are the images to use as the 'User Logo' and 'Desktop Background', right-click and save as to use the images.

User logo - To set the user logo, download the image to documents, open "Photos" app, add the image as a photo, go to settings, "Users & Groups", change the user photo

For reference this is what the lock screen should look like once completed
